Initiate Your Return
Log into your BaseCamp account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
